Over the last couple of months I’ve been introducing you to our highly recommended suppliers who feature in our directory The Littles List. If you missed the posts then you can read more over on this post and this post too.

Essentially, The Littles List is a diverse, online directory that has been specially curated by the team behind Rock My Family, bringing together a broad range of suppliers handpicked by us. There are eight categories in the directory and today we’re casting the spotlight onto our Toys & Play category. Each of these wonderful suppliers have been tried and tested to our exacting standards so that we can be 100% sure in recommending their services to you.

A combination of new motherhood mixed with her passion and her background in children’s education, Acorn & Pip has grown into a much-loved haven where the child is at the heart of every selling and buying decision she makes.

Whether it’s the colours to enhance their senses, to the materials being the best quality for their sensitive skin – Lucy promises to have something perfect for your little one.

This Paper Book

Thispaperbook is a collection of fun, unique and educational items designed for children. Founded in the Summer of 2011 by graphic designer, and then university student Bethany, their range includes flashcards, prints and their ever popular pennant flags. Working from a small studio in Brentwood, England, they pride ourselves on creating modern and playful designs – most of which can be personalised.

They love choice, so the majority of our collection is completely customisable; from coloured or monochrome flashcards, to picking your own paint colours for our flags. They are always looking at ways to offer as much variety as possible so that their products can grow with your children and suit any age. Their flags live in newborns’ nurseries, toddlers’ playrooms and even teenagers’ bedrooms.

They are passionate about the materials we use, so all of their paper based products are printed on beautiful cotton rag papers and their flashcards are gloss laminated and child friendly with rounded corners. They carefully consider how to make their products as educational as possible, whilst still keeping that fun element, so their designs are bold and simple. They have collaborated with amazing businesses around the world and are continually creating to bring their ideas to life and into your homes.

All of their work is produced and made here in the UK and each item is personalised, printed and packaged by Bethany.

The Kids

The Kids is an online webstore, which sells children’s toys, homeware and books. They source design led products, of high quality that are loved by parents and children alike. Inspired by their own journey of motherhood, they offer beautiful and lasting products that encourage children’s learning and creativity.

The Kids was founded by two friends from Birmingham, who began their journey of motherhood in 2012. They soon became two obsessive mums that were always searching for that little bit more out of the products that they brought for their children. It was this joint passion and interest that led them to set up The Kids.

They are proud to be working with fabulous brands such as Tiba and Marl, Oyoy and many others. They are always on the lookout for great new products and continuously add new brands to their collection.
